A dual-formula pencil combines powder and creamy pencil together to create a variety of looks. The sponge tipped smudger helps to create a fast and easy smoky eye. Available in 4 hypoallergenic shades.

With a stroking motion create a line at the base of the lashes and blend with the smudger for a smoky, diffused line. For a more dramatic effect draw a thin line from inner to outer corner and do not smudge.
